Not sure if this plugin is the cause or not, but I can’t seem to get simple
<strong>html to work in the excerpts. I’ve tried installing the advanced excerpts plugin, I’ve tried the rich text excerpts plugin, neither have worked. Does this plugin block html excerpts?
