Excellent plugin, Excellentest support

I installed this plugin primarily for the carousel, which works very well, is incredibly easy to use but powerful, and looks great. The fact that the plugin comes with 20 other widgets that also look and work great is delicious gravy on top of that main dish.

But the most amazing thing about the plugin is the awesome support. I had an issue with the carousel not loading properly on the frontend, went to their facebook page to ask them about it, and an hour later they had actually gone into my site, figured out the plugin that was conflicting, and helped me resolve it! There was 0 obligation from them to help me so much, I haven’t paid them anything (though I wish I could), but the person who helped me was incredibly polite and helpful. One of the best customer support experiences of my life, and incredibly valuable for someone like me who is developing a site on my own without a professional background.
