Excellent and rapid support

I had a problem with the Rank Math Pro plugin. It kept crashing my site. I contacted support and they responded within minutes. They helped me through various things to try to fix it. They then asked for temporary logins so they could see what was going on. They spotted what the issue was and dealt with it immediately. This repaired my site and allowed me to carry on with the benefits of the Pro version. It was all resolved very quickly and professionally. I was very impressed with this level of customer service – especially as I am a university lecturer in a business school who teaches customer service…!
