Thanks for your answer. I had to set it up for UTC+1 though. But I think it’s working.
It actually behaves worst if I set up for event starting at 0:30. It shows Event Time 0:30, and Local Time 0:00 .. please check attachments:

P.S. If I start the event at 1:00 then it’s fine. Just happens with starting time from 0:00 to 0:55

We didn’t receive any reported issue regarding your issue, it’s very rare!
However, please follow the steps explained in this article (steps 1-6):

Note1: on your image that you sent I got you typed the time!
In the event that you should choose a time! please check again all of the MEC settings is set up correctly, for example:
1- All date and time fields are filled with the correct date and time format like MEC Settings > Single Event > Single Event Date Format and MEC Settings > Frontend Event Submission > Time Format.
2- check the configuration of the “Weekdays” and “Weekends”.
3- Midnight Hour
Note2: Please save all MEC settings again (open the main settings page and just click on the save button)
Note 3: Please check your issue with the deactivated plugin and using the default WordPress theme, maybe it’s a conflict with other plugins (step 6 on the link above)
