Hi there,

When someone submits an event I want the submission form to disappear and text to come up saying that the event will be published upon approval. Right now the form just disappears with no text.

I have this text set in the “Success Message” field and “Show form again?” set to “No”. Am I missing something?

I tried this one and seems to be working fine; can I know what EM version is this?

It is Version 5.3.3

just to narrow down the problem have you tried to temporarily:

– deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems

Thanks – I deactivated all plugins and it still isn’t working.

Hi Lindsay, could you try the latest update? We added a fix for some cases like this.
