Errors with 3.0.1 just issued

    Working great until installed 3.0.1 today. Uninstalled and worked OK. Reinstalled and broken again.

    On Edit Order Screen it shows three Warning messages

    Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, class 'Flexible_Checkout_Fields_Plugin' does not have a method 'addCustomBillingFieldsToAdmin' in /home/waterway/public_html/blog/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 287

    Seems to be working now, but only tested very quickly.
