Errors when Uploading a new theme… 2.8.3

i get these messages…

Warning: implode() [function.implode]: Invalid arguments passed in /home/monroepa/public_html/wp-includes/theme.php on line 180

line 80 says:
* the ‘stylesheet_directory_uri’ filter or the ‘locale_stylesheet_uri’ filter.

line 180 says:
$theme_data = implode( ”, file( $theme_file ) );

Is there anything I can do to resolve these errors?
