Errors on Checkout

    Hi there,

    We are having issues where customers receive a red error message when they place an order on our checkout page. Despite the error message, the order still goes through on our wp-dashboard. This leads to a bunch of duplicate transactions. I already reached out to our payment plug in and they told me to check the fatal-error logs:

    Sorry about the error you’re experiencing on your site.
    Does the issue persist when caching is disabled?

    Thanks for the quick response. To answer your question, I don’t know. Won’t disabling caching slow down the load times significantly on my website?

    Hi!
    Disabling page caching is supposed to be temporary and only for troubleshooting purposes.
    Once we’ve confirmed which feature is causing the issue, we can now drill further into available options to find a suitable solution
