errors in chrome and firefox

    in chrome the number captcha does not work (returns message: fill in the right number)
    in firefox only the [contact] code on the page is shown
    how to resolve?

    vreemde resultaten in twee verschillende browsers, kan het aan het door mij gebruikte template liggen? SimpleShift
