Same issue here. Was working on Friday but now get the same error messages as post above.
It’s broken again.
Brand new install here and getting the same results.
I expect we’ll get an update once the developers are aware. You would think that developers would test a product before releasing the update to the public.

Uninstall the plugin update (6.8.1), make sure to select delete all files and visit this section and download the 6.8 zip file and install that version of the plugin.
The 6.8 zip file can be found in other versions section.
I can confirm that 6.8 works perfectly. DO NOT then reinstall the 6.8.1 update when WordPress tells you to update.
Wait until the developers here release a working fix for 6.8.1.

I think that’s why wordpress is great, because you have the choice to do this, to not use our plugin if you don’t like.

I have just upgraded to version 6.8.2, but that does not solve the issues. I get an error about the URL shortner and “You have tried to post more tweets that they are available, try to include more categories or increase the date range” error.
..by the way, I have tried with all 3 URL shortners, but it does not work with any of them..!
