Error with uploading mp3 files

    Hello
    I would like to upload some mp3 files but I am getting this message:

    “Unable to create directory uploads/2014/10. Is its parent directory writable by the server?”

    What does this mean and what do I have to do?

    Thanks a lot for any advice!
