Error with theme – site broken

    Hi, I’m unable to log into wordpress and my hosting support said it’s due to an error with the Atahualpa theme. Here’s the error message when I try to login:

    “Not Found

    The requested URL was not found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”

    The host found this in the error log:

    [25-Feb-2026 21:19:43 UTC] PHP Warning: Undefined array key “SERVER_NAME” in /home1/tinycomi/public_html/wp-content/themes/atahualpa/functions/bfa_theme_options.php on line 166

    My host has told me to “Please contact the theme vendor and get the updated version of the theme and then contact us with new server requirements of that theme script so that we can update it for you and the issue will be resolved.”

    Can anyone help with this?

    This theme hasn’t been updated in years, so I doubt you are going to get anyone to fix it. You really need to switch to a different theme because you’re not going to get an updated version. I switched to Iconic One. It seems to have a very similar appearance and functionality to Atahualpa.

    Go to Github and download Atahualpa V3.7.27, it will work with latest php versions. I have used this them since the dawn of time and still do. I used to have to change the php file version to a lower version, until this past year when someone updated Atahualpa(hats off to them by the way). Who is your webhost? Try Namecheap, you can operate in the WP environment easily with Softaculous App Installer. [removed by moderator]
