Error with the dropdown menu
-
Hi,
Since the last updates, the dropdown menus stopped working correctly and these errors are displayed in the browser inspector.

The error is reproduced when entering the web page and then accessing another page of the menu. From here the dropdown menu stops working.
Cheers,

Hello @alfredo1216
This usually indicates an error where the cache hasn’t been cleared correctly after an update. Could you please try clearing all your caching solutions very thoroughly and report back?
That should solve the issue automatically.
Thanks!
I am facing the same issue https://www.fishersecotourism.com/ tried clearing cache but its not working
Hello @mashcomzw
Have you modified the header.php template using the child theme, by any chance?
No we are using the default theme BlocksyVersion: 1.8.59 it was working properly in last few days until now.

Hello @mashcomzw
Can you please confirm that everything else is up to date? What WordPress version are you on?

Hi @mashcomzw
I have one more thing for you to test. Seeing as you’re running litespeed, could you please temporarily disable the plugin and see if the issue is solved?
I did that still its not working
Hi @mashcomzw
Well, I’m baffled. Are you able to make a backup of the site using this plugin — https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/ — and send the backup our way so that we could see what’s happening on your end?
Thanks!
its okay which email do i send to?
You can send it to support at creativethemes.zendesk.com.
Many thanks!
I have made a rollback to version 1.8.58 of the theme and the site is now working properly. Thank you for your patience
Regards
Hello @mashcomzw
I understand, but this is not the solution, I’m afraid. It’s your call in the end, but we’d really like to take a closer look at what’s happening, if you may.
Thanks.
creativethemes.zendesk.com requires me to have an account, how to go forward
The e-mail address is support at creativethemes.zendesk.com. Just replace at with the @ symbol. π
