    Please review your site at Sucuri and then if it shows as ‘clean’, please post a link to it here…a link to your site may help us be more informed of any issues..

    That said, you could also use an FTP Tool such as FileZilla to upload an unedited copy of this file (only from the version of WP currently installed and by first renaming the existing file on server to old-plugin.php so you can have a copy of it on the server) sometimes ‘errant’ plugins and/or themes can mod these files improperly (when allowed to) or an error was made on editing it (or worse, the file was corrupted by a hack).
