Error with plugin Ultimate Member

Recently discovered that the members area of our website had gone down.

Noticed that the Ultimate Members plugin needed to be updated, so I did, but didn’t resolve the issue. I looked up a few forums which said it could be a conflict issue, however i’ve tried deactivating all the plugins on our clone website and we are still having the same issue.

How can I get back the support section of our website? This is a vital part of the website which our customers rely on and need to get it back ASAP.
