Error with plugin

    I love this plugin but its sending errors at activation and now my site and admin is blocked off

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at XXX/wp-content/plugins/vbsocial-goals/front.php:30) in XXX/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 889

    Please help

    Also saw this….The plugin generated 1283 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.
