Hello, I just purchased the GridKit Premium, but when I activate it I get the following error on my site:

“: wpdb::prepare was called . The query argument of wpdb::prepare() must have a placeholder. Please see for more information. (This message was added in version 3.9.0.) in ”

With the free version of GridKit it’s working fine. I also deactivated GridKit free before activating the Premium version.

    Thanks,

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Actually it’s not an error, but it’s a notice! The upcoming update will resolve this issue.

For now, I’m sure your WordPress debugging is enabled, that’s why you see this notice! If you’re on production, please disable WP_DEBUG option from wp-config.php. It will hide any notices and errors on your production website, meanwhile we’ll push a new update where this notice will be resolved.
