error when trying to update and add plugin

    I have a problem when I would add a new plugin:

    An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    The last problem I tried to get an answer from through wordpress, without any luck.

    When I want to Update WordPress:

    Downloading update from http://wordpress.org/wordpress-3.4.1-partial-0.zip…

    Download failed.: Couldn’t resolve host ‘wordpress.org’
