Error when running wp-admin/install.php

    I have followed all the required steps to install wordpress on my site directory /blog. However when I try to being the configuration of the blog i get this error

    Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘ABSPATHwp-admin/includes/admin.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php’) in /homepages/45/d179867071/htdocs/sdhinteractive/blog/wp-admin/includes/upgrade.php on line 5

    Could anyone help in telling me why this is?

    I just got finished uploading the files to WA Hosting and when I enter my url +/wp-admin/install.php I get a “this link appears to be broken” message. I have double checked and I am sure the file is in my root folder on the server.

    What am I doing wrong? I will also try to get an answer from WA Hosting and post that if I think it will help here.
