Error when moving from localhost

I just moved my blog from my localhost to my remote server. When I go to my blog http://www.enochbox.com/ebox_blog/ I get this error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_cache_init() in /home/hxxoxuv/public_html/ebox_blog/wp-includes/load.php on line 409

I’ve tried to re-upload all files and folders, also re-uploaded from a fresh copy of wordpress. Still got the same error
