Error when cancelling booking

    Whenever a user tries to cancel a booking, it returns with “Cancellation Error…Try Again.” Aside from turning on cancellations in Settings > Bookings > General Options, is there something else in settings that I need to turn on/off?

    Hello,
    @aldenpoppy We’d like to inform that the steps which you have provided we do not have that functionality. However this is the step that needs to followed to cancel the registration.
    Event registration >> Click on the all event registration >> Edit attendee
    Select cancelled.
