I’ve just installed all of those plugins and I haven’t been able to get that error. However, I didn’t configure any of the plugins.
Would you be able to temporarily disable these plugins and see if the error goes away? These plugins seem to have media-related functions and it’ll help me narrow down the problem.

Sorry for my delay, I got around to disabling these with no luck.
I also tried fixing my uploads folder permissions as it was 655 so I’ve updated it to 755.
But sadly none of this was successful.
Still looking will update if I come across anything further.

*I’d forgotten about it completely until you reminded me.
A workaround is to upload it to your Media Library and just select it from then when you go to the Profile Edit screen.

Exactly same problem here over wp 3.5.1, and i found infinite scroll to cause it. I don´t know why, nothing on debug mode.

Hi _rg_, I ended up having to disable Infinite Scroll to get my uploads working again. I’ve opened a ticket with them, if anything comes to light I’ll make sure to share here.
