Error trying to install for second time

    I’m new to wp. I tried to upload the Genesis framework. I’m using cpanel. It didn’t work. I read somewhere that I should delete it and re-install. Deleting genesis didn’t work, so I thought I should try deleting wp by clicking the red x where is was installed. That worked, but when I went to re-install, it said I couldn’t because Error: The following files already exist: /home/clentz/public_html/wp-content/cache/meta and
    /home/clentz/public_html/wp-content/cache/supercache. Any idea how to manage this?
