    Hi there,

    i got that problem: if anyone registered for an event, they got the message that the booking was completed but that it was not possible to send an email to them or the admin of the event.

    BUT: i get an email, everytime someone made a booking. But in the mail are no information about the costumer: () wird an (event) on (Date) teilnehmen und bucht 1 Platz/Plätze.

    Nun sind 40 Plätze gebucht, 2460 sind noch verfügbar.

    If i look into the bookingstable in the backend. i can see the booking, but the information about the email is missing.
    any idea or advice? regards

    hi,

    sorry for the confusion, did you mean booking emails are not sending although booking is confirmed or customer info is missing? also, did the event owner or admin are receiving emails?
