Error Retrieving Facebook Page

    First, thank you for being so responsive to your users. Second, I am sorry that I am getting the same error as so many others. I have followed all advice in your previous responses. The age is set to 13+, the page is published. My Facebook page is HCCIKansas.
    I’d appreciate any guidance on how to get this to publish.

    It makes you choose an age restriction for all Facebook Business Pages. I chose the one that provided the broadest range.

    Try removing the age restrictions and then check.

    I wanna make sure that is it the problem with age restrictions or it’s not working in any case.

    On a Facebook business page, you have to choose one setting for Age Restrictions when you set it up. There are several options: 13+, 17+, 18+, 19+, 21+, Alcohol Related. There is no way to update the page to have no restrictions. I have chosen 13+ which gives me the most visibility, but I can’t set it to no restrictions.

    Hi @nlcsocialmedia

    If you select Select Age Restrictions option which is the first one option in options list and then click on save changes button then it says Page is shown to everyone.

    If Save Changes button is disabled for you. first select any other option like 19+ and save changes and then again select Select Age Restrictions option and click Save Changes it will work fine.
