Hello @rrruq
Thanks for reaching out to us, we’re here to help.
There might be some connection issues, Please follow the step-by-step instructions below:
1. Navigate to the PayPal Payments plugin settings.
2. Go to the Connection tab, which is the main card in the plugin settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom of this tab, where you will find a “Clear Now” button.
4. Clicking this button will clear the plugin settings from your database.
5. Attempt to onboard your plugin again.
Let me know if the issue persists after onboarding the plugin. Before proceeding, I recommend taking a screenshot of your current PayPal Payments settings, as they will be deleted.
If the problem persists, provide an up-to-date system report. The log files can be copied from here:
– WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Please provide those log entries on our PrivateBin. After uploading, send us the link, so we can review them in detail.
Kind regards,
Krystian

Thanks for your answer!
Regarding step 5, I’m a little confused about what the word “onboard” means (because my native language is not English, I used Google Translate and couldn’t quite understand what it meant).
Below are the steps I understand, I don’t know if they are correct.
When I want to change my account,
- Disconnect the old paypal account
- Perform step 4 (click the “clear now” button)
- Connect the new paypal account.
Thanks again

Yes, correct. The idea is to use the onboarding wizard to reconnect with a new account.
Kind regards,
