    Hi there @devkate, I’m sorry to see you’ve had this problem.

    Have you already tried checking the installation and troubleshooting steps on the following page?: https://www.wordfence.com/help/api-key/#installing-your-free-license-key

    If so, and you’re following the process in the video, let me know and we’ll try to obtain some diagnostic information.

    Yes I did everything documentation says,
    also when I want to deactive the plugin an error occurred  again and I can’t deactivated, (I renamed the plugin from the server to deactivated)

    What else can I do to find solution?
