Error message when using UpdraftCentral on my website

Hello, I can update several sites from an UpdraftCentral dashboard installed on my site, but one of them has the communication problems error. The log says:

[0.central.updraftplus.com] Message was received, but not understood by local site (for: )

Updating this site does work with the central Updraftplus site, but I’d like to get it working from my site. Any ideas how to resolve the error message?
