Error message when uploading Relic theme

    Hi im not sure what i was reading when i did a search but hoping someone can help me here.

    Uploading relic wp theme im getting this error message;

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home4/medifix/public_html/********.com/wp-content/themes/relic/lib/inc/sidebar-init.php:49) in /home4/medifix/public_html/********.com/wp-includes/option.php on line 564

    really at a loss now.
