That error message is usually caused by caching or aggressive script minification.
Can you confirm if you are using a cache plugin like WPRocket?

The only way that error message can happen is if something is interfering with the way JS variables are output to the page.

I believe this may be linked to your use of the mini-cart options. As a test, go to the Apple Pay, GPay, and Payment Request Settings pages and disable the mini-cart option.
See if that resolves the error on your events page.
I notice this isn’t an issue on any other pages like this product page for example:

There is no error present on that page and the payment buttons work as expected.
It looks to me like you enabled the mini-cart sections but you aren’t actually using a mini-cart integration.
