• Hello,

This morning I was making a couple of changes in my blog and when I went to log out I got an error message:

Warning: include_once(includes/db_connection.php) [function.include-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/

There was a whole list of similar type errors on the page. Also this is also what shows if I try to access my blog directly from the web.

I had problems with this once before when I had to change the domain name. This time I was trying to install some plug ins.

    Have you tried:

-deactivating all plugins. If the problem goes away, activate them individually to find the culprit?

If you don’t have access to to your admin area, try deactivating them manually via FTP or phpMyAdmin.

-switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific issue?

If you don’t have access to your admin area, then access your server via FTP or SFTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
