Error message: directories empty or not found

    Hello,

    I’m having trouble installing a plugin. I receive message: Could not create directory. /home/pbandoni/public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/

    In addition, there appears to be an issue with my themes. The following warnings appear on my Manage Themes page:
    Warning: array_slice() expects parameter 1 to be array, boolean given in /home/pbandoni/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-themes-list-table.php on line 55

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/pbandoni/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-themes-list-table.php:48) in /home/pbandoni/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 861

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/pbandoni/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-themes-list-table.php:48) in /home/pbandoni/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 862

    Could this be an issue with the installation? If so, how do I uninstall and re-install WordPress safely on my website?
