error message after upgrading

    I upgraded last week and now get this message across the top of my site (ewanonline.net)
    Warning: ob_start(): output handler ‘ob_gzhandler’ cannot be used after ‘URL-Rewriter’ in /home/.babbitt/kahnat/ewanonline.net/wp-includes/functions.php on line 459
    I’m clueless and could use a hand or if someone could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

    Typically, that error is due to running StatTraq while you blog is set to use gzip compression. The StatTraq developer is working on a fix.

    Podz: no such link, it 404:s…

    I have the same problem, it swamps my logs making it impossible to find any real problems.

    Grateful for a solution. Had cpanel/fantastico uninstall WP and made a manual install of 1.5 to make sure it was not a cpanel/fantastico problem, but it sticks around.

    macmanx: Using your information I found an easy (temporary) solution, disabling gzip compression under Options/Reading. Now I do not get this error anymore (for at least five minutes… 😉
