error message

when I try to view a single post I get the error message NOT FOUND I also get the same problem when I make the posts exerpts instead of full posts. All my posts show as normal on my posts page http://ncinellspoint.org.uk/news-2 I have tried resetting my permalinks but it didnt make any difference as here http://ncinellspoint.org.uk/open-day
any ideas??
