• HI! I was trying to preview a new template today on my website, so I pressed to activate it. The following error message came up: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare the_content_limit() (previously declared in /home2/lakeside/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/limit-post.php:18) in /home2/lakeside/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/themes/church_30/functions.php on line 360

And now when I try to log in to change it on Word Press, that error message comes up! So I can’t even get into word press to change it! How do I get back on there to change the template again?

  • You can use an FTP client or cPanel’s File Manager to delete the folder /home2/lakeside/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/themes/church_30/

WordPress will then revert to the Default Theme (Twenty Ten for Version 3 of WordPress).
