Error Message

When a new user apply for a job, he gets an error message “You don not any role!”. How do I set a role for a new user?

Edit:

I used [jsjobs_jobseeker_my_stats] short code for the user to get the select role option.
It redirected to http://localhost/projectx/http://localhost/projectx/?page_id=554&jsjobsme=common&jsjobslt=newinjsjobs
