Error message

    I updated Gallery bank a few days ago, and whilst the website appears to be working OK, I can’t log into the admin side.

    I get this message …

    Thank you for contacting us!

    May we know which version of WordPress are you using?

    It looks like you are having problems because of the Roles & Capabilities of your WordPress installation.

    Either it is modified or is over-ridden by some plugin as a conflict.

    We would suggest you to kindly try deactivating all the plugins and the theme to the base twenty fourteen and then test it.

    If it works, it means that one of the plugins or the theme is conflicting with Gallery Bank.

    Please let us know if this problem is being fixed.
