Error Loading XML

Hello,

It has a product xml of around 2000. The XML section we use to import these products contains the details as below.

Especially in the last 4 lines, there are features that I want to add to the product short description. But because of this part, we do not upload. Are we doing something wrong? Can you give me information about this?
