    Hello.
    I have a problem. I have configured the woocommerce a series of areas to which I can ship my products and others to which it did not ship. Until recently this was correct and I was not receiving orders from these regions, but I have just discovered that now it is possible to place an order in all regions of my country, although it is not configured like this. Does anyone have any idea what the error could be? thank you

    I understand that you have properly configured shipping zones on your site but are now receiving orders from regions that should be excluded, correct?

    This is certainly an unexpected behavior and for us to check this further, please share with us a screenshot of the following items below:

    • General Settings (WooCommerce > Settings > General)
    • Shipping Settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping)
    • Order coming from an excluded shipping zone

    If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can try https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

    Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Sorry for my mistake. You can to select the forbiden areas but you can’t to buy. It is all OK
