Error in installing wordpress

Hello

I am trying to install wordpress in my web page but it tells me an error that says:

! La versión 5.2.2 seleccionada no es compatible con la ubicación de la aplicación seleccionada.

Requerimientos:
php 5.6.20- (detected: 5.4.45)

And now if i try to click on my web page it is completely shut down and says the following:

Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

This happend right after I tried to install wordpress and it failed.
