It sounds like your wp-config.php file is messed up.

What does it look like from two lines above the line with DISABLE_WP_CRON to two lines below?

AT this stage its a blank screen with just this : Warning: Use of undefined constant ‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’ – assumed ‘‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’’ (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /usr/www/users/imatiazfpp/wp-config.php on line 44 Warning: Use of undefined constant ‘false’ – assumed ‘‘false’’ (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /usr/www/users/imatiazfpp/wp-config.php on line 44 Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /usr/www/users/imatiazfpp/wp-config.php:44) in /usr/www/users/imatiazfpp/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1219

I can try and find out more on the other pc when the other guys are back but I cannot log in on my side.
This was working fine two days ago.
    What would cause this?

What is in your wp-config.php file? You do not have to login to WordPress to view that. I’m assuming you’re missing one or more apostrophes in a DEFINE statement.
