Edit wp-config.php and enter the correct database connection info. Or it’s possible that your database server is down.

@EndlessScroll.com …my hysband delete my database in mysql and He would to put again but that is not succefull so Now my site is gone 🙁
And also not good with upgrade new version WP 3.5.1.
Do you have a recent database backup? Does your host?
If your host is any good they will back up at least every 24 hours. Call them and find out.

@esmi and @damian.smith I have send email to host to put back but til now is my site stil Error… My lasy back-up is on 1 feb 2013 before I upgrade WP version 3.5.1.
