"Error establishing a database connection"

After I’ve deleted 3000 users with Inactive User Deleter on my web-hosted site, I only see this error 🙁 Please help!

I’ve already deleted the plugin itself from wp-content, still get the same error.
but I know the site still works because I can still see http://www.minicomplainer.com/readme.html
