    Hi,

    Hope you are doing well.

    I installed your plugins two days ago, filled all the settings with a valid aramex account.

    However, on the checkout page it is not calculating any shipping cost and give me 0$ shipping always.
    And in the order backend page, whenever I click Prepare aramex shipment or calculate rate it give me this error: “Could not connect to host”

    Please advise how I can fix this

    Hello Ahmad,
    “O$ shipping” means that you didn`t set a weight for your products.
    Regarding to “Could not connect to host” – do you still have this error? Would you please redirect this request to developers@aramex.com, I will look at this.

    Hello Ahmad,
    Sorry for late reply. We really got similar problem with customers who use GoDaddy hosting. The issue was fixed by PHP updating.
