Error code

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /lft/142/62606/www/wp-config.php:1) in /lft/142/62606/www/wp-admin/install.php on line 54

I had to reinstall to get it in my language. I deleted the mysql database before re install, still error appear.
How to fix?
