It seems my disk is full? Unsure as to what to do? I am fairly new to this all, so not sure what is meant by disk quota.

yes, That means your server disk quota is full, please try to remove unused files to reduce disk space. Or contact the hoster then ask them for a disk quota upgrade ^^
Btw, you can reduce the disk space by upload a backup file to Dropbox or Google Drive(only in pro version)
