Could you run an export again? Before export, please make sure to set permissions on wp-content folder to 755 or 777 recursively.
I am also having this error when usint the WP All in One. Unable to import Invalid archive file. It should contain package.json file.
I have unzipped the .wpress file but import fails with this error message.
Where is the wp-content folder and how do I set permissions on it?
