Is this problem can be solved by modifying woocommerce’s code to send country name as 3 format?
If you think you can modify to do so try it out but there will be next requirement while using EVOSnap

I am located in Europe, so this was the only chance for me to creating a merchant account. I am not able to modify it but can do it with a programmer. What is this next requirement i could not understand? Cannot we assign it a constant value?

I am also a programmer but There is a provision for A processor change within authorise.net authorize.net supports over 15 processors out of which EVOSnap is one what is current processor in your merchant account ?
You can ask Authorize.net to change processor for you to First data Nashville and you will still be using your Authorize.net account processor is a technical term please get in touch of support they will help you out

I understand but it took 40 days to complete process of opening a merchant account processor. That is why i am asking if is feasible, making this processor suitable for woocommerce.

Supporting multiple processor within authorize.net is not feasible as it involves making code compatible to each processor so if you can ask programmer to make country code 3 chars its okay i m not confirm about next part employee id part
BTW is your payment processor EVOSnap
It was saying in documentation that if employee id not passed it is 0000 by default
I did not ask for multiple processors, i asked if it is feasible making this processor compatible with woocommerce in any way

yes it is written as EVOSnap in my authotize.net account page. I am using evopayments processor which is the european branch of evosnap

Then try to change country code values to 3 char and pass employee id as 0000 with help of your programmer or Request a processor change

There is a file as here /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/i18n/countries.php from line 17 to 262
here you can change to 3 chars country code please try out or please reach me on my mail so i can fix it for you EVOSnap and then we see other parameter

Hi,
I can confirm this is a fix for Evosnap 3 character country code error. I tested by changing UK to GBR in /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/i18n/countries.php and no longer got that error.
