Error 511 Payment

Hi there,
At the weekend we had a couple of complaints from customers. They were receiving the following message after purchasing.
‘Your transaction has been successful but there has been a problem connecting back to the merchant’s website. Please contact the merchant and advise them that you received this message.’
We are using Elavon Realex Payments HPP on the site. Any advice on how to amend this?
