That’s not common, but this image (https://apkmos.com/wp-content/uploads/ProShot.jpg) is protected. So it can’t be embedded in other sites. It means you should avoid images from apkmos.com or contact them and ask to remove this restriction.

You are correct. FIFU calls the image address but doesn’t receive an image as response from Cloudflare, that is being used as proxy to apkmos.com. Cloudflare knows the request comes from a different domain and block the resources. So the image can’t be used as featured image or even in the post content.
